I was inspired to create The Daddy Shift after many years of working with babies and their families. In the early years, fathers seldom attend a therapy session. Toward the end of my career I saw more and more fathers bringing their kiddos in to see me. I was observing a culture change in the father role. My short film is a way of acknowledging and celebrating the shift.
